Michael York won a 6 Pack Challenge Elimination Match for the vacant Heavyweight Title, winning the final elimination by Countout. Order of elimination was as follows:
-Dutch Hagen (w/ Richard Pierce)
-Brian Lakewood
-Shane Morbid
-Brandon Walker
-The Canadian Red Devil
-After the match, Commissioner Mike Iles refused to allow the main event of the 6th Anniversary Show to end on a Countout and he would not allow the new undisputed Heavyweight Champion to be crowned by Countout. He then ordered York to defend the title against Devil immediately in a No DQ/No Countout Match.
